The process is designed to be straightforward: you contact us, explain the problem, and our team takes it from there.Our lifetime warranty is also fully transferable. If you sell your home or give it to your children, the warranty can transfer to the new patio cover owner's name. All you need to do is call our office and provide the new owner's name and phone number so we can update the ownership information.
When ownership changes, we generally welcome the new owner and review a few simple maintenance routines they can perform to help keep the patio cover in good condition.
